Iowan's Protest Westboro Cultists

When news that the Westboro Baptist Chruch was coming to town to picket the Theatre of Cedar Rapids production of "The Larimie Project" a hundred people mobilized to stage a counter protest. The folks from Westboro did not show.

    I would like to know if the CRPD issued citations to those redneck truckers for hate honking. With triple the fines of course.
